Fantastic communication. I was sent an email with a photo of the flowers I had ordered and an email confirming they were delivered. The recipient was sent a text with a photo of the flowers at the door.
The flowers were exactly what I ordered.

I called last minute for my dad. Mom being in the hospital and rehab...he forgot to order flowers. I found Flowers from Frankie on line. She was wonderful to work with and delivered Mom's flowers to her that next day. Both mom and dad loved them! The quality and kindness was so appreciated.

I live in Ohio and wanted to send flowers to my friend in Worcester. I found Flowers by Frankie online and submitted an order. The options were great and well priced.

What I liked the most were the email communications I received the day of delivery. After the initial order confirmation, I received an email with a picture of the floral arrangement before delivery, followed up with an email letting me know when they were delivered.

My friend loved her flowers and I loved the customer service! Thank you
