I live in Ohio and wanted to send flowers to my friend in Worcester. I found Flowers by Frankie online and submitted an order. The options were great and well priced. What I liked the most were the email communications I received the day of delivery. After the initial order confirmation, I received an email with a picture of the floral arrangement before delivery, followed up with an email letting me know when they were delivered.
